After deciding to move back to the UK from southern Spain we booked our one way van hire with J Hire Ltd. The van turned up in excellent condition and was really economical on diesel. Our ferry from Bilbao to Portsmouth was cancelled 3 times due to bad weather and J Hire were very understanding to the situation of us not getting the van back on the date that was originally arranged, The staff were very helpful from start to finish and we would highly recommend J Hire with a 5 star service, thanks for making our trip home a safe and stress free journey.
The service from beginning to end was fantastic. we were moving house and so it was always going to be quite a tense time but all of our dealings with the j-hire were smooth and easy and they made the whole process a great deal easier and more straightforward. The van was what it said on the tin. It handled well, did the job and was in very good nick. Five star service from friendly efficient folk who know their service is of importance and do it to the best of their ability.The service was brilliant, thank you, the route you supplied was spot on.
