At J-Hire Ltd we are able to offer our customers a professional driver to drive their hire vehicle on their behalf if you don’t wish to do the driving yourself.  You and your pets are able to travel with the driver if required. Our driver will drive your hire vehicle to your property from our depot to help you load your goods, drive to your destination, help you to unload your goods, then deliver the vehicle back to our depot. This service is for an all inclusive price starting from £2200.00 plus VAT, depending on start and finish points and van size.   We also offer optional extras for your complete peace of mind: Second Driver Option Our standard fully comprehensive insurance will cover for one driver only. However for a small daily charge we can add a second driver to the policy. To add a second driver to the insurance £5.00 per day of hire plus VAT. Insurance Excess Reducer Our standard fully comprehensive insurance has a standard crash damage excess of £1000.00  You will be  liable up to this amount should you return the vehicle to us damaged in any way. However for a small daily charge we can lower the excess from £1000.00 down to £500.00. To lower the insurance excess from £1000.00 down to £500.00 £12.50 per day of hire plus VAT. No Deposit is taken, but we do pre authorise a credit/debit card for the insurance excess value. Wheel and Tyre Cover As with most vehicle hire companies, you are liable for the wheels and tyres, and any damage that may be caused, including, punctures, blowouts, and kerbing of the wheels.  If this is the case, you are liable for having the damaged tyres or wheels replaced before returning the vehicle to us. Commercial vehicle tyres can be up to £130.00 each, and in Spain you may only be able to buy tyres as a pair, therefore, the cost of replacing the tyres in Spain could be as much as 300.00 Euros. For a one off  non refundable payment, we will cover the wheels and tyres for you, all you need to do is to change the wheel and leave the damaged wheel/tyre in the vehicle. Accessories Pack We are able to offer an accessory pack containing 5x packing blankets and also 5x ratchett straps all supplied in a handy storage box. Just a 30 minute taxi ride from Southampton & Bournemouth Airports and Southampton Railway Station and only 20 minutes from Salisbury Station. From the M27, leave at junction 2 and travel towards Salisbury on the A36, for 7 miles. Our depot comes up on the righthand side of the road 100 yards past the Whiteparish turning, marked Glendale Farm. From Salisbury travel towards Southhampton on the A36 for 6 miles. Just 30 minutes from both Alicante & Murcia Airports. From Alicante, travel towards Murcia on the A7 motorway. Where the motorway splits take the AP7 towards Cartagena. Come off at Junction 743, marked Algorfa. Go through the village of Algorfa towards Benejuzar. When you arrive at Benejuzar (approx. 1 mile from Algorfa) take the 1st exit off the first roundabout. At the second roundabout take the 2nd exit and at the third roundabout take the 1st exit, signed Jacarilla. Travel for 1 mile and our depot is at the petrol station named Petrobene and is just on the left as you arrive at Jacarilla. From Cartegena travel towards Alicante on the AP7 motorway.
