We found J-Hire website by searching through the internet where little other options appeared to be available and we couldn’t be happier with the service from J-Hire, Ken and the rest of the Team. Even being in the COVID-19 pandemic situation the process was absolutely clear, Ken was extremely honest in the challenges they were facing but eventually he managed to deliver the required van as agreed and collect in Spain again as agreed which was a huge relief for us. I will not hesitate in using J-Hire again if we ever move back to the UK, and I highly recommend anyone to use J-Hire and look no further, they will not disappoint you at all. Having transported our possessions in 4 vans from J Hire over the course of a year to our new home in Spain , I feel suitably qualified to offer an opinion. Simply put, I couldn't be happier - the service has been excellent throughout. Ken somehow managed to find us vans when we needed them and arrange a one-way trip - which is the real bonus in what J Hire offers. The vehicles have been trouble-free and a pleasure to drive ( something to consider when looking elsewhere, as not all companies are the same in regard to the age and condition of their vehicles ). Chris and Colin in Jacarilla have been great at arranging a suitable drop off at the depot ( which is easy to find ), which makes the whole process as simple as it could be. Hi ken, can't thankyou enough for your help and service so I thought I'd write a testimonial for you I'd you wish to use it on your website! Myself and my Wife offered to move a friends possessions back to the UK after his death. After contacting jhire, they were not only amongst the cheapest but the level of service and communication they offered and the vehicle that they provided made the whole journey from Spain to the UK so easy. It's not often you find customer service at this level and we both wish to thank Ken, for all his help which we consider this to be above and beyond helpful, and we will certainly be using jhire again in the future when we return to the UK.

Our big move from Tarragona to the UK was made all the more straight forward by the excellent and professional service of the J-Hire team. From start to finish communications were great and arrangements flowed perfectly. The van was in excellent condition and helped make the whole trip a smooth experience. After deciding to move back to the UK from southern Spain we booked our one way van hire with J Hire Ltd. The van turned up in excellent condition and was really economical on diesel. Our ferry from Bilbao to Portsmouth was cancelled 3 times due to bad weather and J Hire were very understanding to the situation of us not getting the van back on the date that was originally arranged, The staff were very helpful from start to finish and we would highly recommend J Hire with a 5 star service, thanks for making our trip home a safe and stress free journey.

The service from beginning to end was fantastic. we were moving house and so it was always going to be quite a tense time but all of our dealings with the j-hire were smooth and easy and they made the whole process a great deal easier and more straightforward. The van was what it said on the tin. It handled well, did the job and was in very good nick. Five star service from friendly efficient folk who know their service is of importance and do it to the best of their ability.

I ring in the morning collect the van in the afternoon drove to Portugal and they collect the van in Portugal,they are friendly professional and the van was nearly new im very happy 5 Stars thanks guys.
